I Presented the Active Breathing talk in ‘Your Health Matters’ event organised by Qatar Foundation HSSE&E Safety, Health & Environment.
As one of the QF community representatives, I talked about ways to educate employees about work stress, provide awareness on its adverse effects on breathing and we practised Active breathing techniques.
It was informational, and a great day for all.
